ISO800-100
Portable Variable Speed HEPA Negative Pressure Isolation System
Application Statement:
Medical facilities must be prepared for a mass casualty
incident or bioterrorism attack. The ISO800-100 system
is designed to remove biohazards such as Tuberculosis,
SARS and Smallpox. Designed to provide negative pressure
isolation capabilities with medical surge shelters, the highly
flexible unit can also be used to convert standard patient
rooms to negative pressure isolation rooms.
SARS and Smallpox. Designed to provide negative pressure
Features:
- 99.99 percent efficient HEPA filtration
- Integrated pre-filter to extend HEPA filter life
- Constantly monitors negative pressure in isolated space
- Variable 0-800-cfm airflow with manual flow control and flow rate dial indicator
- Differential pressure across HEPA/pre-filter monitored for filter change-out
- Stainless steel housing construction with seam welded sealing surfaces and NEMA 4 enclosures
General Product Description:
Designed to remove biological agents and airborne
particulates, the ISO800-100 is a compact, all weather,
portable, negative pressure filtration system with capacity
to provide a minimum of 12 air exchanges per hour (in
accordance with CDC guidelines) on spaces up to 4,000
cubic feet. The unit is specifically designed to provide first
responders and medical professionals with tremendous
flexibility in usage and configuration. The multi-use unit is
ideal for converting medical surge shelters into isolation
wards. The unit can also be connected to shelters with both
ducts in a recirculation mode to provide clean, filtered air for
burn and other victims. The unit can also be used within
hospitals and fixed facilities to convert standard patient
rooms into negative pressure isolation wards.
The ISO800-100 consists of a blower, a 24" x 24" x 11.5"
HEPA filter, a pre-filter, a “dolly” style cart mounted filter
housing, and integrated controls. A gauge displays the
volume of air the unit is moving in standard cubic feet, to
ensure the proper air changes in the protected space. A
differential pressure gauge constantly monitors the negative
pressure in the isolated space, and a third gauge displays
the differential pressure across the HEPA and pre-filter,
providing an indication of when filter change-out is required.
The unit includes “start-stop” pushbuttons and a variable
speed control provides flow rate control. Both the inlet
and the outlet are furnished with connections to accept the
included 10.5" diameter flexible ducts. Each unit is shipped
completely assembled and factory PAO tested and certified
to ensure filters are properly seated and that zero leaks
or by-pass exists.
