This versatile heater is ideal for heating a wide variety of military tent systems. The MTH150CP provides 120,000 BTU of clean heated air from outside your tent or enclosure. The MTH150CP is also compatible with today's modern collective protection systems.

The MTH150 heater uses 110-volt power and burns all grades of diesel fuels including the military's JP8. The MTH150 heater is a medium capacity portable heater, (shown above) The standard accessories include, parts/maintenance manual, remote thermostat, 2ea. 16" x10' insulated ducts, stack extension and power cord. All but the ducts can be stored on board for easy transport and storage. Covers are included to allow for outdoor storage.

The MTH150 heater has a powerful fan system that delivers uncontaminated heat to your tent or duct system. The MTH150 operates with fuel supplied from its integral, large capacity fuel tank from a remote fuel supply. Air ducts attached to both the input and output air supply allow the heater to be run with 100% re-circulation mode with a 400 cfm CBRN filtration system.

The heating system can be used with the FFA400. The FFA400-100 is a compact, all weather, portable, positive pressure CBRN filtration system that can provide up to 400-cfm of clean, safe, breathable air for mobile or permanent shelters. It is stackable and transportable; the FFA400-100 is ideal for mobile command and medical shelters, as well as permanent shelters. The FFA400-100 consists of a blower, two HF200S, 200-cfm gas and particulate filter sets, a filter housing a frame assembly. The motor includes an integrated On/Off switch as well as a safety overload. Its rated airflow of 400-cfm may be adjusted by means of a manual flow control valve located on the blower inlet.

The FFA400-100 is an ideal system for integration with tent complexes and environmental control systems (ECU, heater, etc.) such as the CPEMEDS. When using the heater with the FFA400-100, a two-way adapter that mates with the NBC collar will provide positive leakage at all mating surfaces, preventing outside contaminates from entering into the shelter's air system.

If the adapter were to be used with ducts, the adapter would be placed in standard configuration. Standard position would allow for the use of 16" J-slotted ducts to be used allowing for make up air as well.
